Service: The MyPassportBros country research platform, including access to cost of living data, safety scores, visa requirements, dating app rankings, demographic data, and country overviews for 200+ countries.

Research Pass: A one-time purchase granting 30 days of full access to the Service.

User / You: Any individual who accesses the website or purchases a Research Pass.

We / Us / Company: MyPassportBros.

By accessing the MyPassportBros website or purchasing a Research Pass, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service immediately.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or make a purchase. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

What You Get: A Research Pass grants you 30 days of full access to the Service from the time of purchase, including all available country profiles and data categories.

Free Demo: You may access up to 4 country profiles without purchasing. No account or payment is required for the demo.

One-Time Payment: The Research Pass is a one-time payment — not a subscription. You will not be charged again automatically. If you wish to continue using the Service after your 30 days expire, you may purchase a new pass.

No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a Research Pass is purchased, no refunds will be issued — regardless of usage, remaining access time, or any other reason. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to ours.

The price displayed at checkout is the price you pay. Your 30-day access period is honored at the price you paid, regardless of any future pricing changes.

The current price for a Research Pass is $9.99. We reserve the right to change the price of the Research Pass at any time and without prior notice. Any price change will apply only to future purchases — it will not affect access already purchased. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Upon purchasing a Research Pass, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial research purposes.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or resell any data, content, or part of the Service
• Share your access with others or allow third parties to use your account
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

The data provided through MyPassportBros is sourced from multiple third-party sources and is intended for general informational and research purposes only. While we make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information.

Nothing on the platform constitutes legal, financial, immigration, or professional advice. Always verify critical information — such as visa requirements — through official government sources before making any decisions.

All content, data compilation, design, and software on the MyPassportBros platform are the property of MyPassportBros or its data providers. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or exploit any part of the Service without our express written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MyPassportBros will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, any decisions made based on data obtained through the platform.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold MyPassportBros, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. In the event of termination for breach, no refund will be issued.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden.
